Vehicle usage scope

Usage restrictions: Clearly state that vehicles are not allowed to be used for illegal or illegal activities, as well as high-risk activities such as racing and off-road driving.
Driving qualification: The lessee should have a valid driving license, and the permitted driving vehicle type on the license should match the type of leased vehicle.
Vehicle maintenance and upkeep
Daily maintenance: The lessee shall carry out daily maintenance of the vehicle in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, and vehicle user manuals, including regular oil changes, tire pressure checks, etc.
Regular maintenance: The lessee shall regularly send the vehicle to an authorized repair service center for maintenance. If the vehicle malfunctions, it should be promptly sent for repair.
Fault handling: If the vehicle malfunctions during the lease period, the lessee shall immediately notify the lessor and handle it according to the lessor's instructions. The maintenance costs for faults not caused by the lessee's responsibility shall be borne by the lessor.
Insurance Liability
Basic insurance: The lessor generally bears the basic insurance costs for the leased vehicle, such as mandatory motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance, vehicle loss insurance, third-party liability insurance, etc.
Additional insurance: If the lessee has a need, they can apply to the lessor to purchase additional insurance, such as driver's and passenger accident insurance, glass breakage insurance, etc., and pay the corresponding insurance premiums.
Insurance claims: In the event of an insurance accident involving the vehicle, the lessee shall immediately notify the lessor and provide claim materials as required by the insurance company. If the cause of the accident is not the responsibility of the lessee, the compensation amount shall be directly paid by the insurance company to the lessee.

Liability for damage: The lessee shall properly keep the vehicle. If the vehicle is damaged due to poor storage, the lessee shall bear the repair costs.

Return Regulations
Return time: The agreed return time for the leased vehicle. If the return is overdue, in addition to continuing to charge rent, a certain percentage of the overdue rent may also need to be paid as a penalty.
Return location: Clearly specify the return location of the vehicle.
Return inspection: When returning the vehicle, both parties will inspect its appearance, interior, performance, etc. If any damage or other non-compliance with the delivery is found, the lessee may be held responsible accordingly.
Renewal Regulations
Renewal process: If the lessee needs to renew the lease, they should submit a written renewal application to the lessor before the lease expires. Both parties can negotiate and determine a new rental standard.
Renewal fee: The renewal fee is calculated based on the rental standard agreed upon by both parties. If the market situation changes, the rent may be adjusted accordingly.
Renewal period: The renewal period shall be determined through consultation between both parties, and generally shall not exceed the original lease term.
Early termination
Termination conditions: During the lease term, if the lessee needs to terminate the lease agreement in advance, they should usually notify the lessor in writing in advance and pay a penalty for breach of contract.
Termination process: After the lessee submits an application for early termination, both parties shall handle the contract termination procedures according to the agreed procedures in the contract.
Termination fees: may include vehicle cleaning fees, depreciation fees, etc., the specific amount to be determined through negotiation between both parties.

Default behavior: List in detail the possible default behaviors of the lessee, such as failure to pay rent on time, unauthorized subleasing of vehicles, etc.
Penalty for breach of contract: The lessor has the right to demand that the lessee pay a penalty for breach of contract and has the right to terminate the contract.
Default compensation: If the lessee violates the contract and causes losses to the lessor, they shall bear corresponding compensation responsibilities.
Dispute Resolution: The method for resolving disputes that arise during the performance of a contract shall be stipulated. If the dispute cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation, an application for mediation may be made to the mediation institution specified in the contract, or a lawsuit may be filed with a people's court with jurisdiction.
